Staff Management & Payroll

$75.00 every month

Who works when, and what they're paid — from the schedule to the year-end totals.

Schedule. Build the week by shift and by person, with the hours each shift is worth. Copy a week forward, mark time off, and see at a glance who is on. Each employee signs in with their own email and PIN and sees what applies to them.

Pay. Hourly, salaried or paid per cabin cleaned — each person's pay rules live on their card. Hours come off the schedule, overtime is counted, and cleaning pay is worked from the cabins actually turned over. Pay periods close with a total per employee and a total for the resort, with the employer's share of payroll tax figured alongside so you know the real cost of a shift.

Withholding. Federal and state income-tax and Social Security withholding are figured per pay period from the rates and standard deductions you keep in Settings, so every paycheck carries its withholding.

Year-end. Totals by employee for the year — wages, withholding, employer share — in the shape a W-2 asks for.

Send. Text or email the whole crew or one person from the resort: this week's schedule, a shift change, a reminder.

Permissions. What a person does on the schedule is what they can open: front desk staff get the desk, store staff get the till, cleaners get the turnover board, managers get everything.

Reports for this section: hours and wages by employee and by period, cleaning pay, year-end totals.

Works on the desk, a tablet or a phone. Your data is yours, backed up every save.
