Data Loading — One-time setup
Start with your history in place. We take the records from your current system — guests, reservations, seasonal contracts, payments, and store items and sales — and load them into Book Your Stay OS before you open the door, so you have everything you need in the system from day 1. If is it system data or spreadsheets, we can get it loaded.
What we load:
Guests, with their contact details and the type of guest they are
Reservations, past and upcoming, on the right place and dates
Seasonal contracts by lot and season, with what has been paid
Payments, against the reservation or contract they belong to
Store items and sizes, and your sales history
How it works: you send us an export from your current system (a spreadsheet or CSV for each). We check every row before it goes in — a payment that names a reservation we cannot find is listed for you, never dropped or put on the wrong stay — and you review the results on screen before anything is final. Loading the same file again never doubles anything, so a corrected export can be run again safely.
Priced by how many records you have, starting at $200. Paid once, separately from any monthly plan. Optional — you can also start fresh and enter as you go.
