Remodeled in '94, our doublewide has about 1100 sq. feet of living space and sits about 100 ft. from the lake which is nice for families concerned about the kids being too close to the water. It has 3 bedrooms (each has a full-size bed and 1 has an extra twin/with bunkbed combo. The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area. The living room has 2 sofa/hide-a-beds. This home can accommodate 10 people.
