**Note: Having more people then what the rate is based on will require an extra person charge. We also set a limit on how many people we will allow to stay in each cabin although we do make some exceptions. The rates and limit of people are noted above.
From June 12th to August 28, we generally only rent our cabins on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday). However, we do offer some Internet Specials for 3 and 4 night packages. Scroll down for more of our policies.

Note: we do not have any 1 bedroom cabins. We will lock off bedrooms to accommodate you during our early and late summer mini vacation dates but the choice of cabins may be restricted.

Vacation Home(cabin) Policies

Reservations & Deposits : To check on Vacation Home availability and to make reservations, please call 1-888-706-0422. Phone reservations will be held for 5 days pending arrival of deposit. You may mail your check or money order. We accept Visa, Master card or Discover over the phone.

Deposit is $700.00 per cabin per week stay (5-7 nights)
$350.00 per cabin for short stays (4 nights or less).

You are responsible for the full term of your reservation. Full payment due upon arrival.
WE IMPOSE A $30 SERVICE FEE FOR BAD CHECK(S)

Cancellations or No shows: You are financially responsible for the entire confirmed reservation. If you need to cancel before April 1st of the rental season, your deposit will be refunded, less a $100 service charge. AFTER April 1ST, DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE OF YOUR RESERVATION UNLESS WE CAN RE-BOOK YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT LOSS OF INCOME. Please notify us as soon as possible in order to give us sufficient time to rebook your time period and release you from your financial obligation. NO SHOWS WILL FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE OF THEIR RESERVATION.
For adjustments to your reservation, please call to see if any fees may apply. a single night cabin rental is $699.00/night.

Non- Smoking Policy: As of 2005, we have designated all our cabins as non-smoking. As of October 2007, Minnesota state law requires all indoor public places be non smoking. We know this may upset some, but more and more it seems, children are afflicted with allergies, asthma or other abnormalities and smoking may affect their health. Smokers are still welcome to smoke outside their cabin. We provide a cigarette butt receptacle outside each cabin on the deck. We ask that smokers help keep the grounds clean by extinguishing your cigarettes in these receptacles and not discarding them on the ground. Smoking in our cabins may result in fines and cleaning fees of up to $500.

Check-in/Check-out: To maintain the level of cleanliness and quality of our Vacation Homes, we need time for cleaning and maintenance. Please arrive no earlier than 3pm and check-out no later than 9am. At check-in, the balance of the reservation must be received before keys will be issued to the cabin. A $5.00 deposit for each key issued is required. Deposit will be returned when key is returned.

Over night extra guest: We reserve the right to control the number of visitors and overnight guest per home. Each home will sleep extra people. $130.00 per person per week or $20.00 per person per night; infants are $10/night. High chairs and cribs can be provided, when available. Highchairs and cribs are $5 per night or $20 per week. They must be reserved in advance.

Day Visitors: For the privacy and security of our resort guests, please limit Day Visitors. Your cabin fees are only for those registered and do not include additional visitors, guest, neighbors or relatives. All visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a fee of $5.00 per person per day including babies. All visitors must leave by 9pm. Please make sure everyone you invite to the Resort is aware of our policies before they arrive and that there is a charge. You are responsible for all of your visitors. This rule is strictly enforced! A Visitor car pass will be issued and they will be asked to park in a designated area. We do this to protect our young guest and to help make sure there is no strangers at the resort. IT IS A STATE LAW THAT EVERYONE MUST REGISTER! The fee does not include boat launch or dock space. All day visitors must depart by 9pm.

Parking: Only 2 vehicles are allowed at each cabin. All vehicles must have a pass displayed on mirror. No trailers allowed to remain by the cabins. We have a designated area for extra vehicles and trailers. We limit each cabin to 2 vehicles in order to provide ample room for emergency vehicles if they are needed and it also looks better...not another parking lot.

Boat Policy/Dockage: Dockage is provided for 1 watercraft per cabin. More than one watercraft per cabin will be assessed a $6.00 daily fee or $25.00 per week. NO JET SKIS. If you rent on of our boats, dock space will be provided.

Reunions/Groups: All groups reserving 3 or more units must make payment in full 30 days prior to arrival and have one contact person in charge and responsible for the group.

General Resort Policy: To maintain a family setting, we do not allow loud, obnoxious, distasteful behavior or language at any time. Our quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Disturbing any guest with loud voices, music or other means that prevents other guest from sleeping, relaxing or enjoying themselves will not be tolerated.

Failure to abide by any resort policy may result in eviction without refund
